In 1996, Roberta and Richard put everything they had into a little grooming business in Roberta’s hometown. Together, they brought more than 50 years of experience in the pet industry—and a belief that no dog should ever be rushed.
Roberta and Richard passed their love of animals on to their sons. When the boys were old enough, they joined the family business—and they have never looked back. Today, that same family spirit is at the heart of every bath, every haircut, and every hello.
Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to welcome staff who have become part of our family. They’re the backbone of CenterPetCare, sharing the vision and values this shop was built on. Some have been with us for over 25 years, and together they bring more than 150 years of grooming experience. We still work to get better every day, giving your companion the best experience we can.

01How long should I plan for a grooming visit?
Please allow 3–4 hours. That gives us time to work carefully, help your dog settle in, and offer breaks when they need them. We’ll call or text you when your companion is ready to go home.
02My dog is nervous. Can you help?
Tell us what worries them when you call. We’ll talk through their needs, give them time to settle when they arrive, and work at a pace that puts comfort and safety first. We never want a style goal to come at the expense of their experience.
03Which service should I choose?
Bath+ is a full clean for dogs who don’t need a trim. Clean-up adds a light trim for longer hairs or between haircuts. Haircut includes a complete professional cut. Nail care is also available on its own. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help you find the right fit.
04What happens before my appointment?
We’ll send a reminder text a few days before your visit, then call the day before to go over the service and any concerns. At drop-off, we’ll check your contact details and talk through your dog’s care together.
05How do I book, and what will it cost?
Call 781 233 0070 to chat with our team and arrange a visit. Nail care is $16–$35 depending on the time and support needed. For baths, clean-ups, and haircuts, we’ll discuss your dog’s needs and pricing with you when you call.
